The focus of our Olympic Lifting class is to improve your technical execution of the Snatch, Clean & Jerk and accessory lifts. This program is for those who wish to fine-tune their technique and compete at local and national competitions.
Dynamix is made for athletes of all levels who want to spend focused time each week dialing in their gymnastics. This dedicated CrossFit gymnastics class breaks down all of the complex movements to the initial progressions to make sure you are building your base properly.
Everything that is not training is recovery. This class will teach you how to use certain tools (i.e. foam rollers, lacrosse balls, strength bands, etc.) to improve the movement of your body so that you can decrease injury and increase your athletic potential, recovery, and overall well-being.

If you are not interested in group classes, we have a personal training program just for you. Our personal training program provides an individualized approach to your training. It will be a customized training program tailored for you and your current fitness abilities. You will work with a coach 1-on-1 to reach your fitness goals.
We offer drop-in childcare services to all members with children of all ages. Parents, enjoy a workout while your child enjoys a stay in our childcare room. Our facility provides a clean and safe environment for your child to play and interact with other kids. Your kids are supervised by a loving, attentive and responsible person at all times.
Our classes are designed to help you reach whatever aesthetic, performance, or health related goals you may have. If you’re interested in weight loss and toning, you’ll love our CrossFit classes with the option to work with our in house nutrition coach. You’ll learn to fuel your body for your day-to-day demands while challenging your body in a safe way under the guidance of our certified (experienced) coaches. Our quarterly 6-week challenges are a great way kick start your weight loss in safe supportive group environment.
